<p>As discussed, the representative of the rice sheller was contacted to know the present status of vehical movement area to be stabilized by the rice sheller. During telephonic conversation, the representative of the rice sheller informed that they have started the stabilization work, which will be completed within a month. Therefore, he requested to give some time to complete the work of vehical movement area to be stabilized, as per the law. He further requested to return the consent application and assured that he will re-apply the application after completion of the work of vehical movement area to be stabilized, within one month.</p>
<p>In view of above, the request of the rice sheller may be considered and the application be returned herewith the request to rice sheller to re-apply the same after completion of the work of vehical movement area to be stabilized, within one month.</p>
