CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2022/19637782 dated 30/08/2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/19595773 dated 30/08/2022, both are valid upto 28/02/2023 for production of METAL PARTS OF AC/REFRIGERATOR @ 10000 Numbers/Day & METAL PARTS OF COMPRESSOR @ 10000 Numbers/Day by using GP/GPSP SHEET/COIL @4T/day, CR SHEET/COIL @1T/day & HR SHEET/COIL @10T/day as raw material, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein and the electricity connection of the industry has been temporarily restored upto 28/02/2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with same production capacity. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted CA certificate mentioning the cost of fixed assets of Rs. 572.38 lakh as on 31/03/2022, which is remain same. The industry had earlier deposited Rs.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">67700/- vide online R no. 55212083 dated 11/06/2022 (linked with App. ID. 18981265) and Rs. 94000/- vide online R. no. 900300355 dated 22/08/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 67700/- vide online R. no. 172128954 dated 111/06/2022 (linked with App. ID. 18987803) and Rs. 83200/- vide online UTR no. 626402382 dated 22/08/2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fees deposited by the industry is adequate upto 11/06/2023, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has now additionally deposited total Rs. 129600/- vide online UTR no. 000131537625 dated 21/01/2023 and Rs. 64800/- under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (linked with App. ID. 20975359) and Rs. 64800/- the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 11/06/2026, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry had already submitted its agreement of industrial wastewater treatment executed between M/s Neumann Components Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. C-23, Industrial Focal Point, Chanalon, and M/s Bantech Water Private Limited (Formerly Bansal Environtech Pvt. Ltd. at # 33, Sector-9, Panchkula, Haryana on 14/07/2022. The industry had also submitted its transfer of industrial Plot No. C-23, Industrial Focal Point, Chanallon got approved by PSIEC, Chandigarh vide letter no. 15853 dated 27/07/2017 for the manufacturing of Sheet Metal components.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 01/02/2023 and during visit it was observed that </span></p>

The industry is lifting 2000 ltr effluent on monthly basis. The industry has provided transferring pump with the de-scaling machine, where from entire untreated effluent is directly discharge into storage tank. The industry has installed water meter on the transferring line and has just started maintain the record.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has not installed any DG set at the site yet.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry is complying with the previous consent conditions granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -13.5pt; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 85.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">A. Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed for six months; subject to suitable condition and additional condition that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 1.5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">a.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall not discharge any kind of trade effluent outside the premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; margin: 12.0pt 0in .0001pt 1.5in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">b.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall maintain the record of fresh water consumption as well as trade effluent lifted by the CETP operator.</span></p>
