<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that, the shopping mall has submitted the latest effluent samples of the shopping mall, from Private lab namely M/s SIMA Labs dated 24/12/2022 and Board’s lab collected on 24/01/2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The CA certificate submitted by the shopping mall has been signed by CA on 02/02/2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the shopping mall up to 31/03/2024 with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the unit will submit effluent analysis report within 02 months from Board’s Lab or Approved Lab.</p> |
