| Clarification Note: |
It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. As per application form, the project proponent has applied for consent to operate for its entire project. However, as per request letter the project proponent has submitted that they are applying for partial consent to operate for the occupied plots / houses. The project proponent needs to clarify regarding the same.
2. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent is not proper as it is not showing the un-depreciate value of the gross block of fixed assets.
3. The project proponent has not submitted dimensional drawing of STP.
4. The project proponent has not submitted site plan / layout plan approved by Competent Authority.
5. The project proponent needs to submit the documentary proof regarding calculation of fresh water consumption, wastewater generation & wastewater disposal as per requested letter submitted by the project proponent.
6. The project proponent needs to submit layout plan of the project showing the land measuring 3.58 acres and a Green area of 5532.053 sqm under Karnal Technology along with the khasra nos. on Aksh Sajra Plan so as to freeze in the record of Revenue Department, so that area cannot be used for any other activity in future as per special condition no. 11 of the earlier NOC granted by the Board.
7. The project proponent needs to submit clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA) as per special condition no. 13 of the earlier NOC granted by the Board.
8. The project proponent needs to submit detail regarding development of vermicomposting/composting to manage the biodegradable solid waste as per special condition no. 14 of the earlier NOC granted by the Board.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
