<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent is also required to submit compliance of guidelines/ mechanism for restaurants/hotels/marriage palace in annotated form as per Board’s order dated 2.2.2021 and Hon’ble NGT orders dated 04.02.2021.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Thereafter, the project proponent was raised clarification to submit the reply of the observations within 2 days. However, the project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date. Please allow the undersigned to return the application as previous application of the project proponent due to certain observations.</p> |
