<p style="text-align: justify;">The hospital has submitted Rs. 10,500/- under Water Act, 1974 (Rs. 2000/- per year) for five years (including Rs. 500/- as an application form fee) and Rs. 10,000/- under Air Act, 1981 (Rs. 2000/- per year)</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The hospital was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, which were valid up to 30/09/2022. The hospital has applied consent to operate under both Acts 09/02/2023 (approx 04 months from expiry). Considering 25% penalty for 3-6 months (i.e. Rs. 500/- from each Act) the adequacy of consents fee would be 30/06/2027.</p>
