<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 50.65pt; margin: 0in 4.9pt .0001pt 14.35pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The applicant has filled online application form, uploaded CA certificate, site plan location plan, rent deed and the industry has deposit NOC fee which is adequate for one year.</span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in 5.15pt .0001pt 40.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> In view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish (NOC) under<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> the provisions of the </span>Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable terms and conditions and with special conditions that industry shall not install any washing or other polluting machine other than shredder.</span></p>
