ZO-1/LDH/RO-2/2013/NOC-1208 dated 31.12.2013 expired on 30.12.2014. Thereafter the marriage palace had applied for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 &amp; Air Act, 1981 dated 11.04.2018, however application was returned due to some observations.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The marriage palace was visited by the officer of the Board on 02.01.2019 and it was observed that no function was carried out at the time of visit. The marriage palace has not installed STP and effluent generated from kitchen as well as from washrooms is being discharged into borewell. The marriage palace has installed four D.G sets of capacities 160 KVA, 220 KVA, 62 KVA and 15 KVA with canopies and but with inadequate stack height.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Accordingly, the directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 was issued to the marriage palace for disconnection of electric connection vide ZO letter no. 2736 dated 22.05.2019.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Thereafter, this office has directed to PSPCL authority to disconnection the electric supply vide this office letter no. 1486-88 dated 27.05.2019, vide letter no.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>622 dated <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>19.04.2021, vide letter no. 1513 dated 09.06.2021,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>vide letter no. 1977 dated 12.08.2021, vide letter no. 553 dated 24.05.2022, vide letter no. 613-15 dated 06.06.2022.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The electric connection of the marriage palace was disconnected vide TDCO number 208313 dated 16.06.2022.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Thereafter, the marriage palace had applied for consent to operate alongwith a request for restoration of electric connection. The marriage palace had submitted the completion report and dimensional drawing of the sewerage treatment plant of capacity 20 KLD. However, the consent applied by the marriage palace was returned due to some observations. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Now, the marriage palace has again applied for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 &amp; Air Act, 1981 alongwith the request for restoration of electric supply. The marriage palace has submitted the CLU certificate issued by the STP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 2602 dated 14.08.2013 regarding the change of agriculture land to marriage palace. The marriage palace has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The marriage palace has submitted the electricity bill dated 30.04.2018 as a proof of date of commissioning. The marriage palace has submitted consent fee adequate upto 30.06.2025.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The site of marriage palace was visited by the AEE of this office on 14.02.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p> <ol style="margin-top: 0in;" start="1" type="1"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The marriage palace was not in operation during the visit. The electric connection of the marriage palace <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>has been disconnected by PSPCL vide TDCO number 208313 dated 16.06.2022<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp; </span></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The marriage palace has provided one no. banquet hall and one no. kitchen.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The marriage palace&rsquo;s banquet hall is of the capacity 600 persons.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; The marriage palace was advised to provide compost pits in its premises for treatment of wet waste generated.</span></li> </ol> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;
