File Note: <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The unit is small scale orange category marriage palace and was granted 'consent to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 valid upto 30.09.2020 with discharge of domestic effluent @ 16.00 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank and 'consent to operate' under Air Act, 1981 valid upto on 30.09.2020.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The palace has now applied for renewal of consents. As per agenda note, the palace was visited on 04.01.23 and observed that the marriage palace is not in operation due to off season. The wastewater from restaurant/kitty hall side is passed through newly constructed O&amp;G traps and then collected in underground tank. The unit has laid down a pipeline for diverting the wastewater from the underground tanks to septic tanks. The domestic effluent / wastewater from marriage palace side toilets and kitchen is passed through the septic tank from where it is pumped for discharge onto land for irrigation purpose.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The MP<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>has developed new plantation area for utilization of treated wastewater. The marriage palace has installed 03 no. DG sets of capacity 82 KVA, 125 &amp; 250 KVA equipped with canopies and adequate stacks.The emission collection hoods and stacks of height about 10' and 5' are provided for kitchen. Two nos. of compost pits are constructed outside the premises of the unit and are operational having bio-degradable waste.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>No SUP items were found in the premises.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>In view of above, it is recommended that the marriage palace may be granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2027 with special conditions that:-</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 3.0pt; line-height: 115%;">&nbsp;</span><span style="text-indent: -1cm;">1)</span><span style="text-indent: -1cm; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="text-indent: -1cm;">The marriage palace shall comply with mechanism / guidelines for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms as issued by PPCB vide office order no. 64 dated 02/02/2021.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall use approved / authorized fuel only with preference to cleaner fuels.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall properly channelize the fugitive emissions including emissions from cooking &amp; kitchen operations by providing proper ducting / hood arrangement and proper exhaust system.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall adopt energy conservation measures by providing solar system, LED bulbs &amp; inverters etc.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated &amp; disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches / water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto;
