CTOW/Varied/LDH3/2022/19731807 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2022/19731814 dated 14.10.2022 each, both valid upto 31.03.2023 for manufacturing of Shawls & Stoles @ 100 Kg/ day with washing process to discharge of trade effluent @ 8.5 KLD into sewer after treatment through ETP & domestic effluent @ 10 KLD into sewer.</span></p>

The industry has deposited Rs. 10,800/- vide UTR no. YESB22283098324 dated 16.08.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.12.2024. </span></p>

However, during visit only 01 washing machine of capacity 100 Kgs was in operation. The representative informed that washing process is not in regular operation. </span></p>

Moreover, the industry has also obtained the continuity certificate u/s 79 of Punjab Regional Town and Development Act Amended 2016 from MC, Ludhiana vide letter no. 1292 dt. 05.06.2018, for the operation of unit at this location upto August, 2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">G)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Further, as per Board's order no. 21 dated 08.06.2018, it has been decided that the existing industrial units/ other establishments which were established before the notification of the master plan of the respective cities shall be allowed “consents/extension under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and authorization under the provisions of Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016 for a period of 15 years from the date of the notification of master plan alter taking the concrete documentary proof regarding the date of commissioning of such units. No separate approval from local bodies/other authorities is required to be obtained.</span></p>
