The industry was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 31.03.2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -18.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. As per agenda note, the industry was visited by officer of Regional Office-1, Jalandhar on 07.02.2023 and observed that the main source of generation of trade effluent is from washing of cylinders. The industry is spraying water with the help of tanker for suppression of dust particle emissions on the roads due to movement of vehicles. The industry has provided paint booth with water scrubbing system which is attached with the stack of adequate height. The industry has installed 02 no. DG Sets of capacity 750 KVA and 125 KVA with acoustic enclosures. </p>
