<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">The RO has reported in the agenda note that the project proponent has deposited Rs. 42000/- (Rs. 36000 + Rs. 6000) on account of NOC fees, which is only adequate for extending validity of NOC for one year against the proposed project cost of Rs. 55.47 Crore (as mentioned in the agenda note). Since, the last ‘Consent to Establish’ extension granted to the project proponent was only adequate upto 31.03.2022, therefore, the fees deposited by the project proponent is only adequate for grant of NOC extension upto 31.03.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; background: white; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">In consideration of the report/ recommendations sent by RO as well as the orders dated 12.09.2022 of the Hon’ble Appellant Authority and the above observation; if approved, the extension in the validity of ‘Consent to Establish’ may be granted to the project proponent for period upto 31.03.2023, subject to all terms & conditions as already mentioned in the original ‘Consent to Establish’ as well as subsequent extensions granted to it and the special conditions as mentioned in the note of the AEE, RO-III, Ludhiana.</span></p> |
