<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, the industry was given personal hearing before the SEE, ZO-2, Ludhiana on 09.02.2023 and proceedings issued (Copy attached). </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved, consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be granted for six months with special conditions that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The industry shall regularly lift its effluent to M/s JBR Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The industry shall maintain proper record of water consumption, discharge and effluent lifted and make readily to the visiting officer during visit.</p>
