CTE/Fresh/SGR/2019/10945248 dated 22/10/2019, valid upto dated 21/10/2020 to establish a Commercial Project having 121 No. Shop along with public toilet and utility Area, in a land measuring 38 kanal 11.22 Marle in the revenue estate of Khanouri, Teshil Moonak , District Sangrur for discharging its domestic effluent @ 16.0 KLD directly into M.C. Sewer, which leads to STP Khanouri. </span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 75.55pt; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">Now, the project proponent has added additional land measuring 17 Kanal 6.28 Marle in the existing land measuring 38 Kanal 11.22 Marle. Thereby making the total land measuring 55 Kanal 17.5 Marle for development of Commercial Project. </span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 75.55pt; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">Further, the project proponent has obtained 'Change of Land Use' CLU for 'Commercial Use' from the Competent Authority i.e. Local Government, Punjab (CLU) vide letter no.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>PB/CLU/SAG/KHANA/857 dated 17.12.2021 for the additional land having Khewat no. 352/338, 697 bearing khasra no. 39//8min, 9min, 39//2,3/1, 32//22/2, 23, measuring 17 Kanal 6.28 Marla (8758.34 mtr) in the revenue estate of Khanouri, Tehsil Moonak, District Sangrur, with certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 75.55pt; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;">Accordingly, the project proponent has applied for obtaining fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 for operation of a Commercial Shopping Project having 138 No. Shop and public toilet and utility Area, in land total measuring 55 Kanal 17.5 Marle,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>in the revenue estate of Khanouri, Teshil Moonak , District Sangrur for discharging its domestic effluent @ 23.04 KLD directly into M.C. Sewer, which leads to terminal STP of Khanouri having capacity 3.0 MLD, with all the requisite documents and fee.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.75pt; tab-stops: 72.0pt; margin: 0cm 20.85pt 6.0pt 4.75pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-font-width: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The project proponent has deposited Rs. 1,08,000/- Vide UTR No. 907869341 dated 29/01/2023 under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>and<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>Rs. 1,08,000/- Vide UTR No. 540869796 dated 29/01/2023 under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, against the value of fixed assets i.e. Rs. 680 lacs as on 26/01/2023, as per CA certificate dated 26/01/2023. It has also deposited Rs. 1,08,000/- as penalty fee (Rs. 5,4000/- Vide UTR No. 907869341 under the water act, 1974 and Rs. 54,000/- Vide UTR No. 540869796 dated 29/01/2023 under the Air Act, 1981) for applying late. Now, it has obtained the license obtained from the Competent Authority-cum-Additional Deputy Commissioner (G), Sangrur vide letter no.
