PSCST/TFD/689 dated 23.01.2023 in which it has been stated that the subject cited industry has installed Air Pollution Control Device with their new induction furnace having capacity as 250 Kg/Heat as per the technology evolved by the PSCST, Chandigarh.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 38.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">3)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has submitted land use classification certificate by DTP Kapurthala vide no. DTP(K)/EC-1 dated 29.07.2022 in which it has been stated that the industry is situated in general industrial zone which is outside the limits of Municipal Corporation, Phagwara. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 38.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">4)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per office order issued by the Head Office Patiala Vide letter no. 21 dated 07.08.2013 and as per decisions of office meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 30.06.2018 that all the industries under orange and green category shall be processed on the basis of documents submitted by the industry without site verification. Therefore the application is processed based on following details:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">b)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per the document submitted, one D.G set of 140 KVA with canopy and adequate stack. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and with following special conditions: -</span></p>
