<p>As discussed, it is submitted that the service station was earlier engaged in only servicing of auto vehicles without washing and accordingly, it had obtained fresh CTOs from the Board. Now, the service station has also provided the washing facility in its premises by installing ETP to treat the trade efffluent generated from washing of auto vehicles, for that reason, it has applied for obtaining fresh CTO under the Water Act, 1974.</p>
<p>Accordingly, the certificate for grant of fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 is generated for e-signature, please.</p> |
