<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. it is intimated that Phas applied the CTE, but PP has not submitted the proposal for the scientific mode of disposal to handle the wastewater to be generated from the project, as at present STP of MC, Zirakpur is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has not given the comments on as under</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1) The distance of the proposed site from the various approved operational industries /units (for which specific siting guideline has been issued by the Board from time to time )</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) Whether the Site is suitable for such a type of project or not.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3)The RO has not generated the online agenda note .</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved SCN for refusal CTE be issued to PP with an opportunity to submit the written reply within a 7days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply submitted by the PP as well as above said three observations and send fresh recommendations.</span></p>
