Road, Goraya which has consents under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which was valid upto 30.06.2023. Now, it has changed its name to M/s Ram Ratna International, G.T. Road, Goraya with all plant and machinery and APCD device remaining the same. </span></p>

PSCST/CC/586 dated 17.12.2013 in which it has been stated that the subject cited industry has installed Air Pollution Control Device with their new cupola furnace having melting capacity less than 3T/hr as per the technology evolved by the PSCST, Chandigarh.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 38.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">5)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per office order issued by the Head Office Patiala Vide letter no. 21 dated 07.08.2013 and as per decisions of office meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 30.06.2018 that all the industries under orange and green category shall be processed on the basis of documents submitted by the industry without site verification. Therefore the application is processed based on following details:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">a)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per the document submitted, the industry has installed one cupola furnace @ <3 ton/hr with water scrubber as APCD and one shot blasting machine @ 150 Kgs/day with in-built bag filter house and adequate stack height. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and with following special conditions: -</span></p>
