CTOW/Renewal/NWS/2019/10334600 dated 16.08.2019 valid upto 30.09.2020 for resort alongwith domestic effluent @ 8.0 KLD to be used onto land for plantation after oil & grease trap, subject to conditions mentioned therein.The unit was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/NWS/2019/10334585 dated 16.08.2019 valid upto 30.09.2020 for resort alongwith DG sets of capacity 125 KVA (02 nos) & 25 KVA canopy, subject to conditions mentioned therein</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The unit was issued letter for violation of the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for expiry of 'consent to operate' under the said Acts, with an opportunity to show cause in writing. Thereafter, the report in this regard were sent to ZO for taking action and again, the MP was issued SCN under the said Acts<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>alongwith PH<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>before SEE , ZO Jalandhar 5.04.2022.During hearing , it was decided as under :-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">To verify the compliance, it is intimated that the unit was visited by undersigned on 28.06.2022, report in this regard was sent to competent authority for further necessary action which is under process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Now, the marriage palace has applied for obtaining consent to operate of the Board under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite documents. The marriage palace has deposited Rs. 50400/- vide. dt 21.4.2023 under both Acts.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the marriage palace is adequate upto 30.09.2027 including the penalty fee.</span></p>
