<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the marriage palace for six months with following additional conditions as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">a)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The marriage palace shall comply with the Mechanism/Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/ Motels/ Banquets etc issued by the Board vide Office Order no. SEE(HQ-2)2021/64 dated 02.02.2021.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The marriage palace shall ensure that there is no use of Single Use Plastic (banned by the Govt. of India w.e.f. 01.07.2022) in its premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">c)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The marriage palace shall ensure the compliance of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">d)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The marriage palace shall maintain proper records regarding operation of ETP and shall submit copies of the same to Regional Office every month once it comes in operation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">e)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The marriage palace shall provide compost pits / mechanical composter for treatment of solid waste, within one month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">f)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The marriage palace shall submit building plan from Architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab, within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">g)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The marriage palace shall get analysed its effluent sample from Board’s lab, within 1 month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Direction u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be issued to PSPCL authorities to restore electric connection of the marriage palace temporarily for six months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The Regional Office may be requested to collect effluent sample of the marriage palace ant to verify compliance w.r.t. Mechanism/Guidelines for Control of Pollution and Enforcement of Environment Norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/ Motels/ Banquets etc issued by the Board vide Office Order no. SEE(HQ-2)2021/64 dated 02.02.2021, within 1 month. </span></p>
