<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Earlier, the project proponent was granted ‘consent to operate’ for total cost of Rs. 2.59 cr. now, the pp has uploaded a copy of CA certificate mentioning total value of assets as Rs. 3.4 cr. as such, the pp is required to clarify regarding this increase and is also required to deposit CTE regularization fee.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Previous ‘consent to operate’ granted to the pp had expired in 2020. The project proponent not submitted late fee of penalty.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent has mentioned that 28 KLD domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation. The project proponent required to give adequacy of land area for disposal of effluent.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Thereafter, the industry was raised clarification to submit the reply within 03 days. The project proponent failed to submit reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application be returned back being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations.</p> |
