O16HSPCTOA4236280 dated 29.06.2016 valid upto 30.09.2020 for operation of marriage palace with discharge of domestic effluent @ 16.00 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank, subject to the conditions mentioned therein and 'consent to operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. No. O16HSPCTOW4236289 dated 29.06.2016 valid upto on 30.09.2020 for operation of marriage palace with 63 KVA, subject to the conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the marriage palace has applied for obtaining consent to operate of the Board under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite documents. The marriage palace has deposited Rs. 47300/- vide UTR No. N182222019614924 dated 01.07.2022 and Rs. 46800/- vide UTR No. N182222019628079 dated 01.07.2022 under both Acts.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the marriage palace is adequate upto 30.09.2027 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>including the penalty fee.</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-indent: 0.5in;"> </span></p>
