| Clarification Note: |
Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has not submitted compliance report of conditions of consents to operate granted to it under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
2) The industry has not submitted compliance of decisions of the personal hearing that the industry shall ensure to develop three rows of spreading crown varieties of evergreen broad leaves trees all along the boundary wall in compliance to the Board's notification dated 02.09.1998.
3) The industry has not attached any record with regard to capacities of ball mills installed in its premises.
4) The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 11.01.2023 showing gross block of fixed assets, as per which there is increase in the fixed assets of land is increased by Rs. 5.67 lakhs.
5) The industry has not submitted building plan approved by the Competent Authority.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days.
