| Clarification Note: |
The application of the Industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry has submitted its CA certificate which is showing the value of fixed assets as Rs. 983.39 lakh as on 31.03.2022. However, the industry has mentioned the same in its application form as Rs. 614 lakhs, which is not in order.
2. In view of point no. 01 above, the adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged.
3. The industry has not deposited NOC regularization fee for increase in value of assets.
4. The previous ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) granted to the industry has expired on 28.06.2022. The industry is required to deposit corresponding NOC fee.
5. The industry has submitted a copy of dimensional drawing of the ETP.
6. The industry has not filled application form correctly:
a) The industry has mentioned that power load connect to waste water treatment facility is zero, which is not in order.
b) The value of cost of assets and cost of plant and machinery mentioned by the industry in its application form is not as per CA certificate uploaded online.
You are therefore requested to submit the reply of the above said observation within 3 days.
