<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: 36pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-weight: normal;">Regional Office has reported that as per CLU dated 09.11.2022 the site is located in residential zone as per Master Plan Kapurthala 2007 to 2021 and is located within the MC limits of Kapurthala. Further, there is no air polluting industry such as brick kiln, rice sheller, stone crusher, saila plant, cement plant, grinding unit, hot mix plant etc. falling within a radius of 100 mtr from the boundary of the proposed site. The special conditions 3 & 4 has been included as precautionary measure, if the project is developed as Building and Construction project by the promoter or any other developer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: 36pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-weight: normal;">In view of report of RO, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the colony for one year with suitable conditions and with special conditions that:-</span></p>
