Kindly clarify the following:
1. As per the new notification of the Govt. no. 10/2020-STE(5)/223516 dated 05.08.2021 new saila plant coming with the distance of 1.5 km to 2.0 from the local body limits. Stringent emissions standards of 350 mg/Nm3 shall be applicable. However, new saila plant proposed emissions standards control upto 750 mg/Nm3. Kindly clarify.
2. The industry has not whether how much area for use of treated water from ETP is required.
Please clarify within 2 days. |
