The industry has also submitted the copy of aks sajjra for the khasra no. 715/1. </span></p>

No. 2074 dated 20.12.2022, wherein it has been mentioned that the land area of 05 kanal 6.5 marlas falls in the revenue estate of village Phulo Mithi, Tehsil Sangat, Distt. Bathinda bearing khasra no. 116/1 (4-14), 702/1 (6-5), 715/1 min (6-5), 702/1min (11-16), 715/1 min (9-7), 667/1 (4-12) & 668/2 (5-0). The site is not locted within the limit of any MC/NP and is located in the agriculture zone of the notified Master Plan, Bathinda, where the establishment of such type of industries is permitted provided 15 pucca houses or more are not located within 100 meter distance from the site. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The proposed site of the industry was visited by officer of the Board on 10.01.2023 and it has been reported that the site is located at a distance more than 100 mtr away from M.C. limit of Sangat and from nearby village and there is no residential area / 15 houses within 100 mtr radius of the proposed site. The Project proponent is yet to begin the civil work.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry has proposed the utilization of the entire wastewater generated from the process for the production of Card Board/Mix Board. Domestic effluent generated will be treated in septic tank and its disposal is proposed onto land for plantation. It has been further reported that there is no source of air pollution from the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">In view of above, if approved, 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) may be granted to the industrial unit for its establishment in an area of 05 kanal 06 marlas bearing khasra no. 715/1 in the revenue estate of village Phulo Mithi, Tehsil Sangat, Distt. Bathinda for production of Card Board/Mix Board @ 10 TPD, subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry shall comply with Standard Operating Procedures prescribed for utilization of primary ETP sludge of pulp & paper mill (category 32.3 of schedule-I) of HOWM Rules, 2016.</span></p>
