| Clarification Note: |
It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining consent to establish was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The sale deed submitted by the project proponent is not proper.
2. The feasibility report submitted by the project proponent is not proper i.e. doesn’t cover all the pollution control aspects. The fresh water consumption, wastewater generation and wastewater disposal is not accordance with National Building Act, 2005.
3. The project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding installation of Mechanical Composter being a bulk waste generator alongwith capacity.
4. The site plan submitted by the project proponent is not readable. The project proponent needs to submit the same.
5. The above project is a partnership firm. The project proponent needs to submit partnership deed regarding the same.
6. The project proponent has not submitted complete reply (all points) to the earlier observations due to which earlier application was returned.
7. The project proponent has mentioned in its application form that entire treated wastewater shall be re-circulated. However, has not given the detailed breakup. The project proponent needs to submit detail regarding the same. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the project proponent i.e. feasibility report as well as reply submitted.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
