<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the report from RO, the industry has requested to grant consent for the dyeing of PC @ 700 Kg/day, dyeing of polyester @ 1200 Kg/day and washing of PC/Polyester @ 600 Kg/day</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the Common land use certificate issued by the DTP vide letter no. 1313-DTP(L)/I-16 dated 13.04.2011. Right side of the Tajpur Road falls in the Residential Zone and left side to the falls in the Industrial Zone. This unit falls on main Tajpur Road left side on Buddha Nallah.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry temporarily for 3 months for discharge of effluent @ 140 (TE @ 138.5 KLD & DE @ 1.5 KLD) into CETP 50 MLD with production figures as dyeing of PC @ 700 Kg/day, dyeing of polyester @ 1200 Kg/day and washing of PC/Polyester @ 600 Kg/day, as an interim arrangements so as to check the discharges from Members industries and the efficiency of the CETP subject to suitable conditions and with special conditions mentioned vide note dated 30.01.2023, please. </p>
