The proceedings of the hearing has been conveyed to the industry (copy attached).In the hearing it was</span><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 10.5pt;"> decided at serial no. 1 that </span><span style="text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 16.1px; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">Consent to operate applied by the industry under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be refused.</span></p>
