<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted reply of the show cause notice as under:</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->As per Punjab govt notification no 3/4/87-31B1/311 dated 9-01-1990 the proposed site of the industry falls in village Bhagwanpura, Derabassi, District SAS Nagar which falls in FEZ area. They have already submitted copy of notification while processing NOC.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->As per notification no PS/PSHUD-206 dated 12-11-2021 the industry do not require CLU for setting up of Stand Alone industries. Hence, any further clarification from the office of DTP, SAS Nagar is not required.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Hence, village bhagwanpur has been declared as FEZ area through Punjab govt notification no 3/4/87-31B1/311 dated 9-01-1990 and village bhagwanpur is not a part of master plan Derabassi and further since the industry is located in FEZ area, it is exempted from SAC clearance as well.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year.</p> |
