<p>As proposed by AEE vide her note dt. 14.02.2023, recommended for grant of renewal of CTO under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to the industry up to 30.09.2027 for manufacturing of Plastic Dana @ 1000 kg/day by using Plastic Scrap @ 1000 kg/day as raw material, subject to special conditions that- </p>

<p>1. The industry will apply and obtain registration under the PWM Rules as Plastic Waste Processor/recycler.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>2. The industry shall get its emission samples analysed from Board's lab within one month.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>3. The industry shall not use waste plastic carry bags as raw material.</p>
