<p>Sir, the site has been visited on 15.02.2023 and application was again examined and found that earlier the indsutry was in operation at D-7, IGC, Mansa Raod, Bathinda, however, now the industry has shifted in plot no. D-6, but the PP as per project report submitted by PP, the plant & machinery has been shown as existing, which needs to be fresh project report for obtaining NOC. Hence, the application may be returned from your portal with request to re-apply the same after attending the above said observation.</p> |
