It has been observed that as per the special condition imposed in the NOC for expansion, they were required to install night vision high definition CCTV camera and online stack monitoring system. But still they have not provided the same. </span></p>

They are facing financial hardship due to the expansion program at present.</span>”</p>

At present they are using the existing STP for treatment of domestic effluent.</span></p>

However, the industry is yet to make compliance and is requesting for one year time. The matter of providing the CCTV cameras and online monitoring system does not takes more than a month.</span></p>
