The industry was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2018/8000112 dated 09/08/2018 valid upto 31/03/2023 and under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH2/2018/8000020 dated 09/08/2018 valid upto 31/03/2023 subject to the certain conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 2,39,400/- vide UTR No. HDFCR52023013078935834 dated 30.01.2023 (Rs. 1,80,000/- water, Rs. 23500/- as NOC regularization fees & Rs. 35400/- (water)) & Rs. 1,80,000/- vide UTR No. N030232307620919 dated 30.01.2023 (air) against the fixed assets of Rs. 1609.59 Lacs. The industry has submitted consent fees valid upto 31.03.2031. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry has already visited by the AEE of this office on 01.02.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

The industry has provided 4 no. Induction billet heaters.</span></p>

The industry has submitted year wise detailed regarding increase and has given the detail of machinery/assets added. There is no increase of production as well as pollution load. The industry has deposited Rs. 23500/- as NOC regularization fees and has deposited revised consents fee. The site of the industry falls in industrial zone, hence it can be regularized. </span></p>
