<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">In view of report by RO, it is recommended that the Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that industry shall not install any washing or other polluting machinery without obtaining prior permission from the Board. </span></p>
