CTE/Fresh/FDK/2021/17643208 dated 18.02.2022 for establishment of fortified rice plant in land area measuring 8K-18M bearing khasra no. 775(3-3.5), 778(5-14.5) in the revenue area of Bholuwala Road, Near Godown, Faridkot (H.B.No. 75), Tehsil & District Faridkot to manufacture fortified rice <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>@ 7.2 TPD, subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

The grinder machinery is covered from outside, as such there is no source of emission generation in the fortified plant. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 94.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 94.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for operation of fortified rice plant to produce fortified rice<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>@ 7.2 TPD for a period upto 31.12.2025, subject to suitable conditions alongwith specific as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 63.0pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -31.5pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo4;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">i)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry is bound to comply with the Zoning Regularization Policy of the Master Plan as and when notified by the Department of Town & Country Planning Punjab.</span></p>
