<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 on 23.08.2022 (valid upto 22.08.2023) for establishment of Card Board/Mix Board @ 10 TPD by using ETP sludge of pulp & paper mill as one of the raw material. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now the industry has applied for obtaining consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by the Regional Office of the Board on 04.02.2023 and no violation has been reported under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">If approved, the consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry for six months for production of Card Board/ Mix Board @ 10 TPD by using ETP sludge of pulp & paper mill as one of the raw material, subject to the following special conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span></strong><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry shall not procure and process any hazardous waste as prescribed in Schedule-I appended to the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 till it gets the certificate of registration / passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span></strong><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">This consent to operate is valid only to facilitate the industry to obtain registration/passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board as required under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, which shall be obtained during the validity period of this consent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span></strong><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry shall apply afresh for obtaining consent to operate as required under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 after obtaining certificate of registration / passbook as recycler /re-processor from the Board. </span></p>
