The application has been scrutinized and observed that there is increased in value of building. The industry has submitted in its reply that the increased due to renovation/repair. As such, the industry is required to submit amended building plan approved from Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has not submitted the same in its application. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, application of the industry maybe returned due to said observations and requested to resubmit the application after complying with said observations.</span></p> |
