<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Accordingly, copy of the directions were sent to Chief Engineer & Deputy Chief Engineer (Distribution), PSPCL, SAS nagar vide this office letter no. 5097-99 dated 23.11.2022 for ensuring compliance of directions and copy of letter was got received by hand.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Now the project proponent has applied for fresh 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for developing a construction project having 72 flats and 6 SCOs in an area of 1.3387 acres.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has submitted CA certificate for the project as per which the cost of fixed assets is Rs 4.2 crore. The project proponent has deposited 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) fee amounting to Rs 22100/- vide UTR no. N023232300099201 dated 23.01.2023. The project proponent has not submitted proof regarding start of developing of infrastructure at the site so that adequacy of fee can be adjudged.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has submitted feasibility report as per which the There will be generation of domestic effluent @ 40 KLD and treated in STP of 40 KLD and out of which 15 KLD shall be use for flushing purpose, 5 KLD reuse in plantation in project premises (246 sqm green area) and if any access adjoining plot of project for plantation purpose (owned). The project proponent has not proposed to install any DG set.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has submitted provisional regularization certificate for unauthorized colony at village Sanoli, H.B no. 52, Zirakpur, Mohali issued by Competent Authority cum Deputy Director, Local Govt., Patiala vide letter no. 10894 dated 16.04.2021 in the name of Sh. Jainder Singh S/o Sh. Harcharan Singh (Promotor).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has submitted rent agreement executed between Sh. Tejinder Singh and Sh. Jatinder Singh for land measuring 6 bighe 12 biswe 7.5 biswe at khatauni no. 191/217 khasra no. 63(3-17), 64(4-0), 1101/60(0-14)1105/61(1-6), 1108/62(1-4),1111/65(2-6) for use of treated water at an annual rent of Rs 1 Lacs. Now, the project proponent has submitted latest rent agreement document in which the land is not registered for use of treated water. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has submitted undertaking regarding proprietorship. The project proponent has submitted layout plan of the project approved from MC, Zirakpur as per the project will have 24 residential plots and 6 SCOs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, following clarification were raised on 09.02.2023 with request to reply within 2days:</span></p>

The pp has proposed to use 5 KLD waste-water in green area @ 246 sqm which is not possible. The pp has not mentioned no. of rain water harvesting structures to be provided and quantity of solid waste generation and mode of treatment and disposal of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste.</span></span></p>

No work of construction of SCO has been started and only excavation has been done. The representative informed that he has sold the plot to individual builders who are further developing the same.</span></p>
