<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">R/sir, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate from the Board and during scrutiny of the same, the no. of discrepencies were observed, which are as under: -</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">1. The industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 on the name of Sh. Sahil Jain with registered ID no. O18SGR244969. Also, it has applied for obtaining CTO under the Water Act, 1974 on the name of Sh. Amandeep Singh Khanna with registered ID no. O23SGR87178.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">2. The industry has not submitted the mechanishm to treat the trade effluent generated from its premises and its discharge in scientific manner.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">3. The industry has not submitted the sample analysis report from Board's/NABL approved lab.</span></p>

The industry has not clarified regarding increase in value of fixed assets under the head "Building from 38.43 lacs to 50.26 lacs and Machinery from 36.93 lacs to 60.93 lacs". The industry is also required to deposit NOC regularization fee and consent fees corresponding to the increased cost of fixed assets. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">5. The industry is required to submit complete newly approved building plan from the competent authority.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">From the above, it is clear that the applications submitted by the industry are not accepatable to process at this stage. Therefore, it is recommended that the same may be returned herewith to request the applicant to re-submit the same after removing all the observations made as above. Moreover, the applicant may be suggested to take guidance from helpdesk in Regional office, on any working day from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as no. of times the consent applications had been returned due to repeated discrepancies found in the applications submitted by it in past.</span></p>
