| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it is requested to submit the following:-
1. Compliance report of the Environment Clearance granted to the project.
2. Letter from MC Jalandhar regarding connection/disposal into MC sewer.
3. Current construction status and occupancy status of the project.
4. Letter/permission from MC Jalandhar regarding disposal of solid waste or inhouse facility provided for composting of wet waste generated from the project.
5. The project was given hearing before the Chairman of the Board on 14.02.2023, you are requested to submit the compliance of the decisions of the said hearing.
Please submit the clarification within two days. |
