Further, w.r.t. discharge of treated effluent @ 22 KLD, the HCF has to proposed to utilized 15 KLD for dual plumbing purpose and 7 KLD for plantation purpose in an area of 0.035 ha within premises/boundary wall. The amended feasibility report is attached herewith. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">In view of above, it is again recommended that the HCF may be granted Consent to Establish (NOC) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981&nbsp;for establishment of Health Care Facility of 50 no. beds,&nbsp;subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions: -</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The HCF shall obtain Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 &amp; Authorization under the Bio-Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The HCF shall comply with the provisions of Bio-Medical Waste (Management) Rules, 2016, in true letter &amp; spirit.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The HCF is advised to obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of ground water from Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The HCF shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The HCF shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic, through their Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The HCF shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The HCF shall properly handle and manage the solid wastes as per the provisions of the Solid Waste Management Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated &amp; disposed off in an environmentally sound manner.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The HCF shall obtain necessary permission for disposal of treated effluent into the sewer from the concerned authority.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto;
