<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of the note/recommendations of AEE/EE RO Fgh, May if approved, the consent to establish(NOC) may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions and following special conditions:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The industry shall not manufacture any type of resin used for paint manufacturing and shall purchase the same from market as undertaken by the industry. Moreover, the industry shall not carry out any activity covered under the ambit of EIA Notification, 2006.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">2. The industry is advised to obtain necessary clearance for Abstraction of Ground Water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">3. The industry will get its building plans approved from competent authority before commissioning of the unit.</p>
