| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 432.71 Lacs to Rs. 632.97 Lacs. It has also submitted year wise detail of increase in fixed assets. As the industry has invested more than 1 cr on Building, so it seems that the industry has constructed new building. For which, the industry shall required to get its building plans approved under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952.
2. Further, you are also requested to submit detail of plant and machinery added by it.
