<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May if approved consent to establish (NOC) from a pollution angle may be granted up to 30/12/23 as per the policy of the Board dated 30.04.2013 with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)<span lang="EN-IN">The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2. The project proponent shall install a water meter on the freshwater supply and all proposed modes of disposal and shall assure to the maintenance of the record of the same. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3. The industry shall obtain SAC clearance if need be.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4. The industry shall submit the approved building plan under the Factories Rule, 1952 from the competent authority or the authorized person of the Department of Labour.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5. The industry shall ensure compliance with provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and or any other environment law applicable to him and rules, circulars issued by the Board from time to time.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">6. In case of any violation action u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 will be initiated for closure of the project proponent without further notice.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A copy of the CTE may be forwarded to the Senior Town Planner, Deptt. of Town & Country Planning, SAS Nagar for information and requested to intimate the industry as well as Punjab Pollution Control Board, within 15 days, if the Deptt. of Town & Country Planning has any objection to the consent granted to the industry, in case, no reply is received from the Deptt. of Town & Country Planning within 15 days, it would be presumed that the deptt. has no objection regarding the suitability of the site for carrying out its manufacturing activities at the present location.</span></p>
