<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that PP has started maintaining the record water consumption in the process, no trade effluent stagnation in its wet process floor area, PP has an adequate effluent storage tank, and on both visits, no trade effluent was being discharged into an unauthorized mode of disposal from the industry boundary. But RO has not carried out the water audit during the period the previous CTO granted to it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In view of above </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May if approved CTO under Water Act, 1974 may be granted for six months with the additional condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)the industry shall repair the wet process floor areas so that no trade effluent is stagnant.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2)The industry shall maintain records regarding freshwater consumption in the process, trade effluent generation from the process, and trade effluent got left to M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN"> 3)The project proponent shall not discharge any trade/domestic effluents (treated or untreated) into choe / drain /river or in any inland surface water at any time or any other unauthorized place by any unauthorized means.</span> (CETP)</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may be requested to visit the site to carry out the audit { freshwater consumption in the process, trade effluent generation from the process, and trade effluent got left to M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd. (CETP) } and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
