<p>The pp has submitted reply of the show-cause notice vide note dated 17.02.2023. However, in the reply it has not submitted detail regarding use of treated water @ 15 KLD for flushing (which it has proposed in its feasibility report). Further the green area @ 15000 sqft (1394 sqm) to be developed has been marked manually by the pp on the plan on which it has proposed to use 10 KLD water. However, the water which can be utilized for green area in different season as per standard practise is as under:</p>
<p>During summer- 5.5 ltr/m2= 7.67 KL</p>
<p>During winter-1.8 ltr/m2= 2.5 KL</p>
<p>During monsoon-0.5 ltr/m2= 0.697 KL</p>
<p>Hence, the area is insufficient and further the green area has not been demarcated by the map approval authority.</p>
<p>Further, the location of STP has been marked manually by the PP on the layout plan and has not been demarcated by the map approval authority.</p>
<p>Hence, in view of above, it is recommended that the PP may be given an opportunity of personal hearing before refusal of CTE applied by it.</p> |
