The case was scrutinized and observed that the fixed assets of industry was Rs 25,00,89,215/- on 31-03-2017, but now the industry has submitted CA certificate on 31-03-2022 of Rs 36,48,54,457/-Thereafter fixed assets has been increased of Rs 11,47,65,242/-.The industry has required to submit adequate NOC regularisation fee and latest stack Emission sample Report of DG Sets .The industry has also not submitted ownership detail i.e Proprietor/ Partnership /MOA.
