| Clarification Note: |
The application of the HCF was scrutinized and following Discrepancies are observed:-
1. The industry has submitted CA certificate in which gross block value of fixed assets (undepreciated amount) of M/s. Perfect Poultry Products BWI LLP of Hatchery Unit is described and value of Poultry farm has not mentioned.
2. The industry has not submitted building plan approved/prepared from Director of factories.
3. The industry has submitted report regarding land use of area issued from DTP Gurdaspur dated 01/09/2017, which is not as per present status of the site as well as declared local planning area.
4. The industry has not submitted partnership deed of the Firm only LLP agreement made between partners has submitted.
You are requested to clarify above observations within 03 days, so that application can be decided. |
